Templates live in a firm-wide tab with folders by practice area. Upload a .docx or write in-app, define typed variables, conditional sections, and fallback clauses, and preview with sample data.

Playbooks

Preferred, acceptable fallback, and walk-away positions per clause topic, with a risk weight. Contract review scores clauses green, yellow, or red.

Clause library

Searchable, tagged clauses with approval status and usage counts.

Starter gallery

Platform-owned starter templates that firms clone into their own workspace. Firm templates are never visible to other firms.
